At Deluvier, customer satisfaction is our priority. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to assist you.
You may request a return or refund within 14 days from the delivery date.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us and provide photo or video evidence.
Once approved, you may choose one of the following options:
If you wish to receive a full refund, the product must be returned to our designated warehouse. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders may only be canceled after delivery and after the returned product has been received at our warehouse.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
